Web Dashboard
lfghub.gg/dashboard is /setup-lfg-channel in your browser. It has the same settings and saves to the same place, so you can use either one and switch whenever you like. It's easier on a big screen: you see every channel at once and a preview of what members will see.
Signing in
- Open lfghub.gg/dashboard and press Sign in (with your Discord account).
- Pick a server. The list shows the servers you own, or where you have Manage Server or Administrator.
- If LFG Hub isn't in that server yet, the dashboard adds it, then brings you back.
In Discord, /setup, the message /setup-lfg-channel shows when you finish, and the welcome DM all have a Dashboard button that takes you to your server's page.
What's on the page
- Channels (the sidebar): your server's channels, in the same order Discord shows them. Marks show which are LFG channels, voice creators, Auto-LFG voice channels and the bot's categories. Click a voice channel or a category to see what the bot does with it.
- Overview: your LFG channels and the server's Join to Create Group voice channel, which you can add here if you don't have one.
- An LFG channel: click any text channel to make it an LFG channel, or open one you already have. You get the same steps as the setup command: Game Options, Members Ping, DM Recommendations, Server Settings and Voice Channel Settings, next to a preview of the LFG guide and an example group card. Press Save changes once at the end. It saves every step together, just like Finish in Discord.
- Bot customization: Bot look, Guide look and voice channel names. These are Server Plus features and apply to the whole server.
- Server Plus: buy or manage the server's plan. You can also see a gift here.
Each LFG channel can have several games. Add one with Add a game. Remove a game or turn the channel off from that channel's page.
The assistant
Every dashboard page has an assistant in the bottom corner. Ask it in any language:
- How do I…? / Where is…? It answers from these docs, opens the right channel and points at the setting.
- Change something for you. For example, "turn on reports" or "add Valorant to #lfg". It shows you the exact change first, with Save and Cancel. Nothing changes until you press Save.
- Reach the team. If it can't help, it sends your question to the LFG Hub team, along with any screenshots you add. The team's reply comes to you as a Discord DM. Later messages in the same chat go into the same ticket.
The assistant only sees this server's setup, and only what you can see yourself. It can't do anything you couldn't do on the page yourself.
